Diet soda is carbonated and caffeinated(usually). Pretty big difference IMO.

I only count water by itself as well. I drink at least a gallon a day, but I am not nearly as active as Euro.

I think dude just gets pissed that people pop reference flavored water like it is as good as water by itself, when there is a small difference. I may have misunderstood that though.

Oh yeah, girlfriend likes long hair, so I gave it a run for real(I've done in past.) I am a MUCH better looking dude with short cut and clean shaven. Hair is NOT my friend, though I am told often I have great hair, it does just about anything, even if it looks awful on me. lol

I wouldn't even remotely rely on that scale being accurate, I am sorry, not being a downer, but a scale can only effectively measure weight. It cannot possibly tell you how much muscle/fat/hydration by you standing on it. But the price is pretty good given the weight load limit.

Walmart, but I don't recall max weight for the cheap one I bought. While you are there, get measuring tape, much beret than a scale for measuring changes.

I have dinner and a protein smoothie post workout 3-4 hours before bed. While it is currently not an ideal amount of carbs(my dinner currently is a frozen pizza, only 1 left thankfully) it is still quite a bit before bed. I am losing 2-4 lbs/wk on average right now(I have a ways to go to get close to goal weight.)
