I'm 5'4/5'5 depending on who measures me! I started at about 209 :( (I have only just worked that out!) I'm at 176(ish) the now. I would love to get down to about 150 (I'd even take 160). At the moment I hit a plateau due to a serious shorn fracture on my ankle, I had a trampoline accident :sweat_smile:

Me too! I've been asthmatic since age of about 20. I was born with Eczema which they say goes hand in hand with Asthma! A lot of people have commented that I dont use my inhalers a lot, never have them with me at the gym took a long time to get to that stage to be fair though! :) x

Hi! I'm joining in here, I'm sweating for my wedding, but it's not till Early 2015, so I have about 18 months to get my sweat on. I'd like to lose about 15(ish) pounds. I've lost 31lbs (some with MFP some without) I was a 36E....and still am a 36E, not lost anything from the girls. My partner is happy about this...me maybe not so much. I might see some come off in the next little while I guess :) I like them the way they are anyway
