Honestly, a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Whole wheat bread, organic natural crunchy peanut butter and a little organic raspberry fruit spread... then I made hard boiled eggs - so of course I had to eat one to "test" them :)

1/2 cup of organic old fashioned oatmeal with a whole banana mashed into it .. yum!!!! van's all natural lite waffles are delicious too .... and i can't go without an enormous egg white omelet with all the vegetables i can find that will fit in it and some wheat toast :) breakfast is by far my favorite meal!

that does sound really good, but you should be careful because the protein in the yogurt is dairy or animal protein, and a diet high in animal protein and fat can be harmful. obviously since you're a vegetarian - you don't have this problem - but just something for the general population to think about.
