mine does have a max min and avg heart rate i do i guess you would call it a circuit training i do 10 cardio to get my heart rate up the some weight training and when my my heart rate starts to drop i go back to cardio i will do that for about 80 to 90 mins and burn on avg about 1400 cals a worout

i have a sportline and weight 310 and it takes me over an hour to burn that much so it seems high but anything is possible

i was 360 when a bought a schwinn from walmart for like 150 well after 350 miles on it i have had no problems and love it i can ride for hours with no trouble

i have been trying different protein bars i have tried the nature valley, zone perfect but the cliff bars are the best love them

well i think my 4 pounds a week was to much i didnt make it but 9 pounds in a month is fine by me 9 pounds a month would put me at 276 at my sisters wedding and that is what i want
