Went for a little bit of a hike today. The great northwest was actually sunny. Hubs is currently disabled so he can't walk far but it was a beautiful day. We took the dogs with us and they had a great time to.

Another vote for walking. If that is painful on joints then do it in a pool. The water will support some of your weight and keep your joints from hurting so much. Resistance from the water helps. I look at my calorie intake more as a weekly event rather than daily. If you eat at 100 calorie deficit per day for 6 days you are down 600 cals. It was weight day today so managed a short walk this morning and a short walk tonight. Run day tomorrow. I think I can make goal if I can do 5 tomorrow and a few on Friday. Should be able to walk a one or two on Thursday so I hope I can just squeak by.
