Being sick and having terrible weather is not helping me reach goal.

Yesterday and today's walks were pretty chilly. I believe it was just above freezing but the mud puddles were still solid. Lunch time has been beautiful and clear.

Despite not getting close to goal in November, I'm back for more. With the bad weather and coming down to the wire on studying for CMA part 1 I am going back to 50 miles of running and walking.

Didn't quite make it. Between bad weather and super busy at work and studying it just didn't happen.

The weather warmed up enough to get outside. Although with warmth came rain.

Crazy, hectic week that included being sick but I hit goal today!

Despite a slightly difficult run this morning I made it through 5 miles and 1 of walking. I dropped to a BG of 54 at 2 miles, glucose tabbed myself up to 105 and then ran myself back down to 70. Usually running raises my bg. Perhaps because I kept my pace down to to increase distance. Didn't really work since crashes often…

I was diagnosed in my early 30s although my dr. suspects I was actually diabetic in my late 20s. I am now 49. I have had decent to very good control during this time. Hopefully I will get better at recording. Really, I have been so busy and exhausted I don't spend a lot of time on the computer besides work. My treadmill is barely working (ugh, I just bought it, granted for only $100 but my $50 one lasted for 3 years). That has really affected my running since I don't like to run down…

I generally walk a mile or so at lunch. I also have been managing about 3 miles a few times a week.
