First real ride in days. Testing new equipment in between rain storms. Only hit 60 degrees but very humid. Oh well, at least got out on my bike so I am content.

I had a great day today...hit the gym w/DD first thing the morning, then walked w/DH and Bean, then walked by myself, then completed MFP challenges with 500 steps between each exercise, then jogged around the house for half an hour for additional needed steps.
Friday - 4.87 miles
Saturday - 18.59 miles...all walking or jogging!! :drinker:
