    I actually managed a bike ride while in DC. It was a slow as heck bike share thing but it was fun to cruise the National Mall.     16.5 miles on the bike today... did a bunch of walking around my hotel in Seattle tonight, but since all of the walking was with the purpose of getting food (dinner and then dessert), I'm not going to count any of THOSE miles. Heh.

    I'm in Tucson at Miraval Spa and Resort. It's been a long day of travel and dealing with my security system that decided to wait till I had a stopover in Texas to go off, bringing the police. All is good now. I did try to do some laps in the airport when I wasn't dealing with the stupid alarm company, but not as much as I'd have liked. I'll give myself 1 mile for today. I can't use my ticket, so it's 58.4 miles total. Doing a fitness walk at 7am tomorrow, so I'll track that. Going on a horseback trail ride, I won't track that :D

    I did another 2.1 mile run on the treadmill at the gym this evening. Getting closer to back to green....at least until midnight rolls. :laugh:

    Went to the gym w/DD, got my challenges done and got 11,700 steps. It was a good Monday!

    Been away for two different retreats [quilting and singing], so I'm behind. I'll be hard at work to get to goal in the newt 10 days.
    However I did get a little exercise on SOME days, so I can add 8.75 miles.
    October total so far = 47.75.

    I'm seeing lots of folks in the green right now (and lots of folks really close to being in green). 10 days left in the month, everyone - keep movin'!!! Keep challenging yourselves, and even if goal is unattainable at this point, do your best!!

    (I will try to update the spreadsheet again tonight, but I'm traveling and not sure how exhausted I'll be when I get home tonight, so I may not update again until tomorrow).
