Have not logged since Sunday. Weather has been absolutely rotten. Finally got a bike ride in today. Think I will make goal, its going to be close. Supposed to have heavy rain storms for the next week.

I'm finding a little more time to get out and walk the last few days. Tuesday I had a few hours free before work to take a 5 miles hike at the nature center ( I already reported those) and I had a couple of hours open in the middle of yesterday to get a walk in along the bike path. Goal? Probably not, but my @ss is getting out of my chair more which is definately helping my mood.
Added 1.5 miles Wednesday and 4.5 miles Thursday

Adding 21 on the bike today.
I am, unexpectedly, going away for the weekend - not sure how much I'll be able to exercise while I'm away - so that dream of getting very comfortably into the green tomorrow is not likely to come to be, but oh well. The reason for my trip (family stuff) is more important than making goal this month (I'm still hopeful that I will meet goal, but only just barely!).

I signed myself up for the Cincinnati Turkey Run 10k on Thanksgiving. It has been driving me nuts wondering if I'd be able to do it. I was feeling really good for tonight's run so I figured I'd give it a try. I was able to run non stop the entire 6.2 miles and did it in a great time for me!
