    First real ride in days. Testing new equipment in between rain storms. Only hit 60 degrees but very humid. Oh well, at least got out on my bike so I am content.

    10/15 - 2.0 miles walking
    10/16 - 3.0 miles biking - testing new parts
    10/17 - 2.0 miles walking
    10/18 - 1.0 miles walking
    10/18 - 10.0 miles biking

    Total: 137.0 miles

    I had a great day today...hit the gym w/DD first thing the morning, then walked w/DH and Bean, then walked by myself, then completed MFP challenges with 500 steps between each exercise, then jogged around the house for half an hour for additional needed steps.

    Friday - 4.87 miles
    Saturday - 18.59 miles...all walking or jogging!! :drinker:

    3.62 miles added today. 3 of which was running at a 9:19 pace!! Not too shabby for having taken a 10-week running hiatus (other than a 1 mile run a couple days ago). The thing that has noticably gone away is not my breath, strength, stamina.... nope. it's the calluses on my feet. YEOWCH.
