I always go over my protein. But tend to never reach my carbs. I started one month ago and am down 6 pounds, so I think its okay. We'll see as time goes on I guess.

Pepsi/Coke. I have one if I go out for dinner. The rest of the time I try to avoid it, with me one is too many and 1 more is never enough!! I <3 POP!!

I am a chocoholic! There is no "just one bite" for me! So I bought Fiber One brownies, they have about 90cals, 8g of sugar and I think 3 or 5g of fat. They actually taste like a brownie and the fiber content keeps me feeling full.

I agree! It gets easier for sure! I started only being able to do 7 pushups the first round then 5 the next. 6 days in I can do 12 and 8. Take breaks as needed. I am doing each level for 10 days, then moving onto Ripped in 30, then hopefully Insanity. I havn't had much weight loss, but there is a definite improvement in…

I'm in! I am on day 7 of the 30 day shred as we speak, and will be starting insanity in April. I have about 25 lbs to go.

I have only been on MFP for 15 days, in the first 10 days I lost 5lbs (probably water weight), the last 5, I have been staying the same. I was getting discouraged too, I like to see a steady drop, even if its only 1 pound per week. I am going to start weighing in weekly, or even biweekly. Thanks for asking this question!
