It works, just be careful if you have bad knees, I blew mine out doing the jumping jacks and imaginary skip rope and have been off my leg going on 6 days because of it. Take it slow and invest in a heart rate monitor or something that will tell you acurate calories burned.

Fantastic! I know what you mean I am 5"2" and my doctor said to aim for 115-120, but I am aming for 125-128!!! Keep up teh good work!

Hang in there!!! Your doing great and the right thing! Its probably water gain or perhaps near your menstral cycle, I have been told that up to a week before your body will actually be heavier and it is nothing that your doing wrong. DONT GIVE UP!!!

HI Maika, I am in the same boat, started this program earlier this week. I am 32, 5"2 and weigh 150. I am trying to lose 25lbs.

you can go over your calorie intake so that your not starving BUT you have to work out or do some sort of excerise even if its just walking. Brisk walking for 35 mins buys me am extra 230 calories, I use that to eat something high in fiber or protein so I feel full and dont starve.
