  • Hey brah, In my experience as long as you implement a complete of table spoons of peanut butter in addition to your meals you should be ok, because in effect your body is looking forward to protein especially after a workout. So if you take like I said 2 Table spoons of peanut butter after a workout you should be fine
  • If you are doing it just for looks then you are wrong. To make yourself feel better about yourself or to push yourself to another level should be the reason.   • Hey dealing with depression is no joke, But one thing that I have learned is that through exercise it may not take the depression away but it will help to take your mind away from it. the more you exercise and feel good about it the less depression you have.
