I know this is asked all the time but im just not getting it. If i am supposed to eat 1570 calories a day and i work out and burn about 400. is it ok if i just eat those 1570 calories and not worry about the 400 i burned. I heard net calorie should not go below 1000 and that intake should not go below 1200. im just really confussed bc eating 1570 calories is hard enough im not even hungry for it. Also when i try to eat that much then my carbs and fats get way to high and thats not good!

I just started eating my exercise calories this week and I have seen an increase in weight loss. It's hard though, and I haven't eaten all of them. And exercise calories from yoga confuse me, not sure if I should eat them,0

If you're supposed to eat 1570 and burn 400, then you should definitely aim to try and eat those 400 back, or at least 1/2-3/4 if you feel like you physically can't eat that much (which I don't know how that's possible on such low calories!)
If you don't it will be detrimental to your weight loss goals. You'll start losing muscle as well as fat, and end up plateau'ing, while being what they call 'skinny-fat'.
Eat some foods with good fats, in smaller doses they're not bad for you. Avocado, nuts, eggs, peanut butter. Have a glass of full cream milk with breakfast and that's another 175cals easy right there. A handful of almonds will be at least 100 calories.0 -
Hey brah,
In my experience as long as you implement a complete of table spoons of peanut butter in addition to your meals you should be ok, because in effect your body is looking forward to protein especially after a workout. So if you take like I said 2 Table spoons of peanut butter after a workout you should be fine0 -
okay thanks! i was just confused how eating exercise calories helped it was like the workout went to waste. It just was weird that by eating more calories people would be losing weight faster.! but thanks again!0
