I have the same issue when I start a new workout routine; of course a good sneeze will throw me off a week. if it disappears for a couple of months, I would contact you Doctor.

I can't stand cabinet doors that are open. I have to shut them, even at other peoples homes (so far no one has yelled at me yet). Drains of any kind, I can't walk over them and I have small panic attacks if I see my children go near them. (Never saw the movie IT)

I am no expert, but I would give it at least another week. I find that I hold water like a camel when I've had a higher stress week. Maybe keep an eye on your water intake, (keep it high), and try to find some 'me time' to relax, even if it's as simple as a few minutes of quiet time. Good luck! Hope the trend turns around!

I agree with most everyone - moderation. I been told I'm gonna die of cancer from the processed foods. I just laugh, life has a 100% mortality rate and ya just never know.....

I bet you could add in a % of whole wheat flour in the batter..... I think you have given me a something to work on!

I do the same thing. I have to, I don't have time to guess 5 minutes before I make it. I plan out, make it the night before, and sometimes I let the kids pick which Veggie/fruit we are having. I LOVE to cook and Bake and I don't have time to go shopping on a whim (and drag 3 kids with me lol). Besides this way I can plan…

Not just the brownie, she's been feeding her for the last 2 hours. Handing her things, jelly beans, Dove chocolate, chips, etc.... :grumble: (Daddy had a Dr. appointment, so she's in the office with me until it's over) I think she is under the impression that b/c I'm eating better, I must be depriving my children.

I literally just got called a food nazi, by a co-worker; In front of my daughter while she handed her a brownie the size of her head.

Sounds like burn out. I went through it a couple of weeks ago. So I make sure to take rest days now, it has really helped. Your body needs a break, every now and again.
-
What everybody else said. Besides I bet you're not the only person in that section that has lost weight thinking that exact same thing. Those around you are prob. either too focused on the shopping task at hand or worried that other people are judging them. Buy cloths that fit you now, show off the weight loss!…

I don't weigh in during that time, because I've weighed in 8 pounds heavier before. It disappears immediate after, but it's not worth the frustration.

I have 1-2 rest days, depending on the week. I feel so much better, even though a little guilty. My thought on this is, I am changing how I run my life, food, exercise, taking 'time-outs" (for mental strength) I don't want to gain any of the weight back so I plan my meals and exercise in a way that I will be able to…

I HATE HATE HATE!!!!!! the mom comments, I have 3 kids. ppl are such butts! Some of my favs - "well once you have kids, nothing goes back the way it did" "You'll never get rid of the pouch." "You should be focused on your kids, not how you look." Because being a mom means I should look like slob and let myself go. (okay I…

All of the above My AM is Strength and Videos My midday is cardio My PM is Cardio and/or strength It all depends on the day's schedule and what I have to work around. I prefer my morning workout, because it gets my day started and I have found I am more organized because of it.

I'm on day 15, level 2. Love it! I've lost 3 pounds with it so far, but more importantly I've also lost several inches.
-
Mine do too, my doctor told me it is a very common thing, and nothing to worry about or to do about it. I make sure I'm not wearing any rings when I exercise anymore. If you are concerned I will give your doc a call. If nothing else it'll make you feel better. Good luck with your journey.

Okay I'm new to the group and I'm reading through everyone's posts. THANK YOU so much for writing this! I am experiencing this right now. I've been eating about 1400 - 1500 Cal and been burning over 3000 a week. It's gotten so bad I bought prunes. I'm gonna be upping my cals and changing my routine, immediately. Thanks!!!

My Great Aunt used to take care of her MIL and I would sit with her when my aunt needed to run out. This woman knew every slur that ever existed and she would watched the Jerry Springer show shouting these slurs at the TV.... NOT the way I wanted to spend my summer. She was the most hateful woman I've ever met, (and I pray…

I eat about an hour after I get up. Get up, workout, kids are usally up watching me struggle the last 10 min, Feed them, then me. The kids are 6 year old (twin) boys, and a 4 year old daughter, so they dress themselves, get their school stuff ready (with a little reminding) 90% by themselves.
-
This, I have twin 6 year old boys and a 4 year old daughter. I really want to know calorie intake and vitamins and minerals, and I want to know if it changes as the grow and how. I have no trouble saying no, my issue is how to do you talk about food, healthy eating and exercising without giving them a complex
