Loestrin 24 Fe! I've been on it for 8 years (holy moly, didn't realize it had been that long) and no weight gain from the pill. My period lasts a DAY and the cramps are minimal!

I wear a sports bra (target) and a tank top with a built in bra. Does the trick!

I've been doing the 1200/daily as well and decided to up it to 1400 because I haven't lost (but also haven't gained) in 2.5 weeks and I am 3-4 lbs away from my goal weight! Hoping the "eat more, weigh less" approach will help shed these last few pounds :) I also don't eat my exercise calories back - I pre-log my entire day…

I'm 5'2 and 123, GW of 120, and I seem to have lost weight everywhere except my stomach! I've got wide hips and am curvy so not sure if that hasn't anything to do with it. Hoping once I add more strength training and weights to my routine it'll help tone everything up.

Yeah, I'm considering it for health reasons. I've been researching it and it's believed (key word) to increase the risk of colorectal cancer and heart disease. I lost my father to colorectal cancer and my mother to heart disease. I rarely eat it as it is, so I figure eliminating it won't be hard at all.

I eat when I'm hungry! If it's after 8 so be it! As long as you're exercising, I don't see the big deal on eating whenever you please.

Yesssss. I'm 5'2, currently 124 (down from 138). I keep going between 123-125, trying to get to 120! I go to the gym 5-6 days a week and eat fairly heathly (no fast food, no soda), I do the "everything in moderation". Considering the "eat more, weight less" option and uping my calories to see if that breaks my plateau.

I'm not there to look cute, I'm there to work out so I don't wear makeup. I wasn't trying to be rude, I honestly don't get why girls DO wear it. If I wore it, 15 minutes into my workout, I'd have already sweat it off.

I don't understand why girls wear makeup to the gym? I'm a hot sweaty mess after cardio.

I'm NOT starving myself. I'm NOT on a crash or starvation diet. I think I would know if I'm starving and if I were starving I would eat more. I promise that. Thank you for all your opinions. I'm done here :)

I have yet to eat dinner so that is not all I will be eating today. 600 calories was my breakfast and lunch.

Thank you. I was just wondering what people thought of the whole net calorie thing... didn't realize I'd be accused of starving myself. I'll eventually learn to stay away from the message boards.

I'm not starving myself. Like I said, if I'm hungry, I eat. I never go hungry. This is not a daily thing, it's the first time it's happened.

Well of course it's not a problem to net high calories when you're not working out at all and eating fast food 3 times a day.

I drink about 8-10+ cups a day. All I drink is water.

It's definitely not like this everyday. Most days I'm around 900-1100 net calories. MFP has my goal set at 1360.

I know a lot of people think 1200 and under is starving yourself, but Im not gonna eat and make myself sick just to fill my calorie requirement.

I have a sensitive stomach so I somewhat have to be picky with what I eat. I never go hungry; if I'm hungry, I make sure I eat.

I always allow a cheat day! If you don't, you'll go crazy and binge. Since I started, I have not gained any weight back! A couple weeks I weighed the same, but never gained any.

My boyfriend and I have been together a year and a half. We don't have a 50/50, we just somewhat take turns so to speak. Sometimes, I'll pay completely and oher times he will. When we first began dating, he insisted on paying for everything. I'm a working lady and very independent so I like to pay for things too!

My birthday is on Thursday and I will be eating whatever I want! Calorie counting will not take place. <3 Just making sure I work out every day next week.

On a good day, I do 3 miles on the treadmill and an hour on the cross ramp!

^ I agree. MFP made my goal 1360 and I rarely make that and with my exercise, sometimes I net 400-800. I'm not purposely eating to stay that low. I eat when I'm hungry. I eat at all times of the day. I'm not going to stuff myself to the point where I feel so full just to get exactly on my calories or eat all my exercise…
