Joining late but I'm in!! I rode outside today for the first time in 4+ years! Felt GREAT and I think I have fallen in love with bike riding. 5/8: 6.6 miles. Goal: 100 miles? Chicago weather is also temper-mental, today the high is 80 but Sunday the high is 52 so hopefully the weather cooperates :)

I had the same thing growing up - ear infections, ear pain, tonsillitis months at a time. Once I got my tonsils out, it all stopped.

I think it probably differs for everyone? I've been on birth control for 7 years now and from that time to early this year I put on 25 lbs but my eating habits were awful so I can't blame that on the birth control. I stopped taking it for 7 months last year and didn't gain anymore weight or lose weight.

A chatting messaging system like facebook has would be fabulous so you can talk one-on-one with your friend list. I know theres personal messaging, but that's not always fast & convenient.

Confidence! My boyfriend weighed 250 (edit: he's 5'11) when we started dating and we've been dieting and he now weighs 195. I found him attractive then and I find him attractive now! The number should not matter at all.
