Cut your sugar intake. Try for 15 grams per day and maybe under 120 grams of carbs and you'll tone up.

I did 1 month of insanity, and then had abdominal surgery.... now I'm starting over, on day 2 today. In that month I lost 20 lbs (had my calories set at 1200 and REALLY watched what I ate) but it's back after surgery. Add me if you want an insanity buddy. I also plan on doing p90x after this.

For me it does. I hate cardio right now. I put on a bunch of weight after a serious injury but prior to that I was running 35 miles a week. Once I am "in shape" I love it. Throw on headphone and just work out all the stresses of the week. But yeah, right now it sucks.

I'm going to run the Marine Corps marathon at the end of the year. I was training for it last year but due to a "training accident" I couldn't run it and couldn't do almost any physical activity.
