i dont eat back any calories that I burn,if I did that I wouldnt lose weight!! I just try to stay at 1500 or less per day.

we dont snoop because we have no reason too so it never even crosses my mind,if either of u feel u need to snoop then u need to sit down and have a talk to see if there is anything either of u need to tell the other. communication is very important. good luck to u

I try to stay between 1500 and 1800 calories a day and I weigh more than you,its working so far

yes,having more protein with ur meals will help,I eat 2 oz of protein with every meal and snack!! Would u b able to workout after u get off work so u dont have to get up so early?

I eat 5 to 6 times a day,I have any kind of protein with every meal or snack,u dont have to just eat chicken,eat fish,beans,steak,ground turkey,tuna,egg whites,lean pork,its all protein and it all burns fat,just make sure u only eat 2 to 4 ounces at a time. its works for me,the last time i did this I lost 30 lbs in 6…
