During the first month I used to burn between 450-500 and during month two (because the workout are longer) about 600-700. But that also depends on your weight.

You celebration idea sounds wonderful! The problem with me doing that is I don't really ever stop buying clothes. I know that doesn't sound too good, lol. I don't really know what I am going to do. Any ideas? :-)

I did Core Cardio today. I can't believe how much easier it's become since the recovery week. It felt so good to give my body a little bit of a break today! Have a good workout.

I like it too. I usually do the Max Interval Sports Training when it says to do Core Cardio but tomorrow I am doing Core Cardio. I need to give my knees a break. They are hurting!! How are your wrists?

Good workout today!! I am going to my first basketball game today. I am sooo excited. I love basketball. I am going to enjoy my beer and nachos at the game!! :-)

I didn't lose any weight in the first month but I did lose 5 inches over all. The 2nd month, I haven't taken the inches yet but I have lost about 3 lbs. I don't think I can do Insanity and C25K together because in the 2nd month my knees have been hurting so I want to give them a little break. But that's awesome that you're doing that!

It's so difficult to workout when you're tired. But I did it! And done for the day. I know what you mean about getting the workout done early in the morning even if you're tired. I did that yesterday because I knew I was going to have a busy day. 5 more days!! (Including the Fit Test on Sunday)

I am probably going to continue and not take a break. Although I might just walk and do yoga for a week because my knees are really sore and in pain. So I might need to give them a little break before I start Insanity again.

I am so with you on that. Everyone thinks I am crazy for not liking cheesecake. It's soooo gross to me. I don't have a sweet tooth, so I don't care for anything sweet. Also, don't really drink soda. Thanks but I have never done P90X. I don't even have it. For some reason it scares me. Lol. Maybe I will try it one day. I don't have a beachbody coach either. I guess I will try to make my own. The hybrid sounds cool. I think I might continue Insanity. But maybe modify it a bit. I really want to try Bikram yoga. So I will do that after I am done. Done with my least favorite workout :-) Man...I feel like such a downer this week. I think all this rain in the Bay Area is getting to me. It hasn't stopped raining in a few days. Any advice on what to do about knee pain? It's just not going away.

Oh yeah...I take lots of breaks too. I really do not like the power push-ups from today's workout. I just can't do them. But wow...45 days! That's crazy. Just 2.5 weeks to do. We rock!!

How was your workout today? Man...they are not getting any easier for me. Are you still excited about the workouts as Month 1? I am not exactly dreading these workouts but I am not excited either. Once I start I can get through them even though it's so difficult. Just wanted to see how you feel.
