current wt: 259 TDE:3642 BMR:2350 Fat%:32.38 These are the calculation I just came up with with my current measurements My daily goal is to eat around 2050 cals and try and burn 300 to 500 cals a day.

So I'm the new guy to cycling I picked up a Gaint hybrid this year and have so far put on 228 miles in the last 4 months. Apr 32 miles May 36 June 106 July so far 54 Longest ride was 28 miles. Aver I bike 18 miles on a sat ride. Latly I have been biking to work which is only 4 miles each way. Think of trying to bike 80…

I just finished insanity a few days ago. In eight weeks I was doing it I only lost 3 pounds. But felt my muscles grow I did go down 1 pant size. My cardio strength got stronger. Just stick with it it worth every min.

Well day 2 is done wow. Wow doesn't even explain it. I even video taped it so see how my form is wow can tell I'm new at this. But what a burn . Cant wait till tomorrow this is going to be fun;) Friend me if you need motivation for this I sure do.

Sounds like a great plan. I quit 3 years ago using the nic gum. Best of luck to you. Don't worry about the weight Issue and keep working out. Quit smoking is a very important thing to do. You got this:)

Wow that's awesome to burn that many calories. I did one sat night but didn't wear my hrm but I sweated buckets. This is going to be so much fun. Thanks for the tip I was planning on rewarding my self with a piece of cake after each burn but maybe ill just stick with whey.

Duluth mmmm I'm from international falls. I to quit smoking 3 years ago. Nice job on quiting it's a huge Accomplishment but yes same here the weight came with it. I'm on here daily Probly to much but it's a huge help. Feel free to friend me if your serious just a warning I'm not afraid of deleting people.

C25k has been a huge help I was never I runner no I can do it for 20 mins.. as you get further along in the program it gets tough and for me it has turned into a mental game. I am on Week 7 day 1. It helps to add friends that have done it or is in the processes of doing it, it helps a lot.

Im never on the treadmill for more then 30 mins but its enough to burn around 300 cals. I have been doing c25k which seems to help. On my heavy weight days I just started, to use the treadmill 3.5 with like 7% incline to get the legs into a good burn for 10 mins. Seems to get the blood flowing good and get the heart rate…

Make sure the husband trys it I didnt think I would like it but its not bad at all. I make it every couple of weeks to get my pizza fix.
