Scrambled eggs. Mix a couple of eggs with a 2-3 tablespoons of cottage cheese (instead of milk). Results in a fluffy yummy scambled egg. Protein packed breakfast.

Good on you JKLEMAN79! They took over 1/2 our gym to put that 'huge contraption' in there for TRX. And they won't allow regular gym members using it unless with a trainer! WTF? I should build my own.. but then I wouldn't use it because of 2 kids bugging me constantly at home :happy: Gym time is me time!

for a quicker way of cooking spag. squash, cut it in half and put 1/2 face down in about an 1/2 inch of water for about 10 min (until noodles come off easy with a fork and aren't too crunchy).

I know it's hard to wrap our heads around the fact that we need to eat more to lose weight. We all did the fad diets, low cals, etc.. but I just recently learned to make sure I eat a minimum of 1200 cals/day. If I work out, I eat enough calories to net a min. of 1200. ex: eat 1200cals then workout for 200cals = 1000cals so…

I have the same issue and it's depressing. My intensity is the same but my calorie burn decreased quite a bit. sure. bodyrock.tv is very good but it may be a little too advanced and long for someone just starting to exercise. I would suggest checking out sparkpeople workouts on youtube. They are easy, short and most without extra 'tools' :) I did those when I started working out again post-cesarian. Please check them out.
