1200 calories is fine. There are days when I realize I haven't eaten enough but when I am hungry I use the exercise calories as food! It works for me! I am 5'5" and started at 223 pounds and I am now down to 199.8 since January 2012!

I agree with you but watch the sodium intake on a regular basis with the store bought meals. You will hold fluid. I eat them only once or twice a week. :)
