Are you gaining muscle? I lost 10 lbs but lost 23 inches, and my body fat went down 6.4%. I got discouraged too, but I found that by measuring myself with a tape measure that I could see the inches falling off even if I wasn't losing a lot of weight.

I believe the program has only been out since the First of July. The first 5week round "alpha" would have just been completed. I started 7-15 and Sat. is my picture and weigh in. I have lost 6lbs and tons of inches in the 1st 5 weeks. This is a very intense program with no breaks for 25 mins! I am loving it!

I love the program. Real intense and the sessions are long. So you need to make sure it is something you will commit to do. Yoga dvd is not my favorite, but love the plyo.

Morning after soreness is great, but more of a discomfort then a pain. I think what they mean about "no pain, no gain" being untrue is when you push yourself to a point of injury. you just have to know your body's limitations so you do not serious injury yourself. I sent you a request. I try to eat true to my diet 80% of the time. You need allowances for mistakes and cravings ( just not too often) and VDay is a hard holiday. Don't beat yourself up though, you will do better tomorrow!
