then again, mfp will give you this message if you eat only 1 calorie less than your daily suggested. i literally got it when i had 1999 calories logged and my goal is 1200. lets be reasonable.

i think most people have that problem especially with the elliptical since your foot is not coming completely off the pedal, it doesnt allow time for the blood to return to your foot. I alternate 10-15min going forward then reverse and go backward for 5 min - i find this works without stopping my workout.

weights and strength training! its great to do cardio and eat well, but if you dont incorporate strength training in your weight loss to tone yourself, you will end up a "skinny - flabby". you dont have to be a power-lifter, just make sure you're toning as you go

agreed. my boyfriend who is super fit turned me on to HIIT training. Its about quality not quantity. you can achieve great results in less time. what i love about it is that i tend to feel the results for a while afterwards. i do strength training too, according to what i think is good (5x week - upper, lower, back, core, full body) but i wonder if i should up the weights to prevent the problem of loose skin...

Agreed. These are so disgusting. Its like theyre not even actually food. i used to gag when i ate them. The only way i could manage to get them down were to actually "dry" them out in the oven then toss them dry with low fat parm and spices - which negated the whole thing.

i swear by lululemon headbands. im not a fan of the "non-slip" ones as they pull at my hair, but i can't find the old-school ones anymore. Theyre my fav - great for keeping the hair off my face and sweat absorb-tion during cardio!
