Check out Cat Genie - our maine coon cat Ellie loves her Cat Genie. It's plastic pellets - we call it the cat washer - it's plumbed to normal water. Do what you know and are comfortable. FYI - I like doing both - so I customized a pair of ear buds... I cut one of the ear bud wires off ...so I run with one in my ear and the other ear is free to pick up cheers/cars or barking dogs ;) (better safety plan than running with both ear buds in Good luck!

Often times when I'm travelling, I stop at subway for a grab and go meal. I didn't know this was possible - until my last visit... you can get the veggie delite as a salad. They put all your veggie selections in a big bowl and cut it up for you. :) They are very accommodating to all types of food sensitivities.
