Be careful of sushi (which is raw fish on rice) because the white rice is like sugar in your body and adds a lot of calories. If you click on Food and then choose Recipes, there's a place to enter a recipe, and also a Recipe Calculator. Maybe that will do it? I've never tried it so, good luck!
