  • I didn't have a loss for the last challenge. I am all in for this one. I did lose over 93 pounds since June 2014. I had a few bad weeks with a lot of family stuff and put on about 7 pounds. Its all better now so back on focusing on me. I can do this. I will do this.
  • Staying busy is my biggest problem. when i am not working i don't move. I did get a fitbit and it helps. At times i can't believe how still i was, It makes me move so my steps can add up.
