I've decided not to revise my green challenge, I don't think I will make it but that will challenge me to end as strong as I can. If I lower my number it will allow me to maybe hit goal but the original goal I made was possible I just didn't or might not make it. And that's all on me.

I found that is easier only to weigh in once a week at the same time. I weigh in right after I wake up. I find that is the best time. I always thought right after you exercise that your weight goes up because your muscle are retaining water to repair themselves. Weigh in before you go out to play tennis then weigh when you…
