avoid anything "crispy" - that usually means deep-fried! ask for veggies that have been steamed instead.

I made one with silken tofu, chia seeds-soaked for 15 minutes in oat milk, maple syrup (which I plan on subbing with half stevia next time) lucuma powder, vanilla and salt. Just put in food processor and chill...was super yummy, tapioca like pudding!

Are you drinking enough water? I usually have a glass of warm or room temperature water about 30 minutes before eating, and about an hour after. It helps me feel "fuller". (cold water can mess with digestion and that could cause some rumbling too :). Oh and btw, I just turned 40 last month.
