what?! no post-workout stretching???
am I missing a page? am I tripping? how come I don't see anything in the NROLFW about stretching afterward? I can't imagine not stretching after lifting. what are you ladies doing??? thx bunny

Better for beginners?
Just wondering if the nrol4w is better suited for beginners, or if experienced heavy lifters would benefit to. Anybody start the program already pretty fit? I just finished p90x2 and planned on doing nr, but now I'm worried that a few weeks of stage 1 will set me back... Any thoughts? Thanks!

P90x2 (again) or NROL4W?
I read the nr book and planned on doing it after I finished p90x2. but now that im done, I'm feeling really fit, and concerned that nrol4w will be a step backwards. Is it more for beginners? Any feedback from someone who has done both programs would be great. Thanks!

In the past, I've done cleanses and juice fasts partly in the hopes of getting rid of my sugar cravings. If anything, they got worse...I'd spend the three days, or week, or month dreaming up new dessert recipes. Being on MFP has really helped me focus on meeting my nutritional needs...I eat my veggies, I'm getting plenty…
