  • My husband has to eat like this in the mornings he consumes more calories in a day it completely baffles me but he isn't over weight or anything and you look pretty good yourself.

  • Did my first Burn interval today and OMG!! it was awesome. I felt sick after I was done and felt like passing out but I think I love this workout crazy I know.   • I did burn circuit 2 today and felt like I was going to die. Does it get easier? I felt completely worthless for about 2hrs after my workout today. I hurt so bad this morning I almost talked myself out of doing it today. I was unable to put forth 110% on some of the lower body moves because my legs and butt hurt so bad…
  • Thank you I will use the circuit training since it seems we get the most calorie burn for that one and after my work out yesterday I know I am burning more than the aerobics says I am.

  • Finished Day 1 of Chalean and loved it. It definitely kicked my butt. But I am so proud I pushed hard and felt great. I wanted to cry when I was finished. Karenzaphyr do you like the Brazil Butt Lift? How long have you been doing it? Is it working?

  • First day Burn Circuit 1 in the bag. At the end I felt like crying and throwing up but feel great about how hard I pushed myself.
  • I did my fit test, took pics, and did measurements today. I did better on the fit test then I expected but I am hoping I will do even better when I done with this program. Are any of you following the meal plan for the program?
