Hiit 20 and recharge today. Man I woke up very sore almost talked myself out of my workout but glad that I didn't. Still sore but feeling a lot more centered and energized now.

I don't think that is even possible. You burn a lot less calories doing strength training then cardio. The most I have ever burned doing Burn circuit was 400 calories using a strap and watch HRM.

Turbo Fire and Turbo Jam are very enjoyable kickboxing dvd's with great music. Chalene Johnson I very motivating and fun.

Yesterday was Burn Circuit 1 (I used the same weights I ended with so it was hard). Today was Burn it off and stretch 10. I totally rocked burn it off after struggling with it 2 months ago I contribute that to the month of Turbo Fire.

Me I just started the hybrid this week. But I did a full round of CLX and a month of just Turbo Fire and I love both programs so much.

I just started the original hybrid that comes in the book yesterday though I am changing up the first couple of weeks since it seems to be very light workouts. How long did you give it before deciding you didn't like the results?

Starting my TF/CLX Hybrid today with Fire 30 (new to class) and stretch 10 for 535 calories. I am so excited to be lifting again I have missed it.

Turbo Fire has more workouts there are 15 different workouts that you can choose from. There are Hiit (High Intensity Interval Training) DVD's that range from 15 - 25 minutes (5 in all). I have never done Turbo Jam but from what I understand Turbo Fire has a lot of the same moves but with more intensity.

Scuplt 30 and Hiit 20 with stretch 10 for me today. I like doing it in this order I feel more in control and able to give my all to the strength portion and the hiit unlike when I do it the other way around I feel sloppy during the strength section. I am not sure about the resistance bands from other companies but the great thing about Beachbody is if you call them and tell them it broke they will send you a new one free of charge.

You get cardio with the program. So the schedule has cardio in it. The schedule looks like this. Burn 1, rest day, burn 2, burn intervals and abs (cardio), burn 3, burn it off and recharge (cardio and stretch) then rest day.

Yep I use a hrm a Garmin fr70 and as long as I can keep my heart rate up between 160 and 180 I burn quite a bit of calories. The weird part is I am only 132lbs and 5' 1.
