Week 1 is officially done. Fire starter and stretch 10 today. I am very scared for tomorrow since it will be my first experience with Fire 55 EZ and I struggled through Fire 45 EZ.

30 push ups, 10 assisted pull ups, core 20 and stretch 40 today. I feel so much better now.

About 5 business days. So Wednesday or Thursday.

Fire 45 EZ and stretch 10 today for 647 calories. My shins are on fire so I think I am going to switch the next two days around and do Core 20 and stretch 40 tomorrow and then my last Fire starter class on Sunday.

Day 4 Fire starter class and stretch 10 for 619 calories. Woohoo! Looking forward to Fire 45 EZ for the first time tomorrow.

Day 2 I did low hiit 20 and stretch 10. Only burned 314 calories for this one. It was hard to get my heart rate up I'm guessing because of no jumping but it could have also been because I was lost. I guess we will see next time.

I am 28, 5'1 and 132lbs. I push hard and my heart rate usually stays in the 180-190 range.

I find doing the stretch 10 class every day really helps with the stiffness I usually feel after a hard workout. I really like that she put that in.

Thanks I was just wanting to make sure that the 609 calories that I burned today doing the 35 minute Fire starter class and stretch 10 class was accurate. Does that seem pretty accurate to ya'll?

I use GNC's Wheybolic amp 60 in cookies and cream I use it because it has not just protein but some other things that help the muscle recoup and repair. It is a little expensive. But worth it in my opinion.

My first question to you is do you work out 7 days a week? If so you really need to schedule a rest day. Now to your questions it sounds to me like you are in the moderate since you are working out about 5 hrs a week. If you are ate goal weight and are just wanting to gain strength then yes you would eat at TDEE. Though…

Lean 2 and stretch 10 for a confusing burn of 20 according to my BMF and 453 according to my HRM. Either way it was a great workout and I only have two more and then I am done with this round.

If you can just add it to a smoothie or shake plain greek yogurt is 22 grams of protein for 1 cup serving but only 9 carbs. I have issues with the carbs as well.

First the amount of sodium in Mcdonalds is crazy second I am not sure who could sit down and eat 2 grilled ceasar salads at once third offering fast food as a calorie upper really isn't healthy or productive.

I think in most cases people estimate their activity level to low. I was one of them. With exercise I just barely reach 3 hrs of workout so I was debating the low activity level then I got my BMF and it has me smack in at moderate with a TDEE of 2140. I think 8 mile runs plus other exercise should be considered at least…

For me it takes 36 hours to feel it which sucks because I always feel it the most the morning of my next strength day. I did find that some extra stretching right after (10 minutes or more) did make the soreness less.

Love it this is what I do I add one of the two ab work outs that come with the program after each lifting day which makes my work out about an hour instead of just 45 minutes plus it comes with a Turbo fire free DVD which has a 10 minute stretch on it that I love to add to my lift days because my one and only complaint…
