  • Really considering a CLX/TurboFire hybrid but one that is not quite as intense as Jenelle's. I think I will stick with CLX's core strength but then add TurboFire as cardio instead of the CLX cardio.
  • Don't worry about burning high amounts of calories. You won't do that with this work out but you will build muscle and the more muscle you have the more calories you burn at rest. Who doesn't want to be able to burn a ton of calories while relaxing on the couch?

  • The issue I have with anything diet is that artificial sweetners. Aspartame has been linked to many different health issues as well as depression. I have inflammatory arthritis and aspartame is a huge trigger for me. So if anyone else is curious about the health risks of Aspartame look it up.

  • You don't NET the 2174 you just eat that much and as long as your burns aren't more than 300 calories you are good. If your burn is more than 300 then you eat back enough to NET your BMR number.
