  • I just want to say ((((((HUGS)))))). And no big deal. Tomorrow is a new beautiful day.
  • The idea behind eating the same amount every day is "consistency". Your body learns to level out because it can depend on the same amount of fuel every day plus it takes the guess work out. I log my workouts at the very end of the day after I am finished logging my food this way I still have a record of my work out but it…
  • I agree that you should use the scooby site and pick moderate I also think that you should pick the gain muscle, lose fat since you only have 3 pounds left to lose I would think that gaining muscle would be your best chance. Do you do any weight lifting or just cardio. If you don't I would suggest doing some…
  • Week 4 Push 2 done for the day. Almost done with this phase and excited to do pics and measurements to see my results thus far. Hope everyone has a wonderful Mother's Day.

  • Great job Mike you look great. Keep it up.
  • No you just eat 1900 calories every day even when you don't work out.
  • Not sure how you feel about this but I read where someone bought one and used it for like 3 weeks until she figured out her average burn and then returned it. You might think about this as well.
  • First off go read the stickies at the beginning of the group this will help you determine your BMR and TDEE. On eating foods there is no such thing as "BAD" food as long as you eat it in moderation. And plan it into your calorie and macro goal. But for some ideas of ways to up your calories first off don't buy anything low…
  • Did you use the same calculator as you did the last time? You lost a little bit off of some areas so maybe it is taking those areas into consideration?
  • I felt this way last week and took off about 3 days from working out. Just kept eating my same calories but didn't exercise I felt so much better. I think my body was just worn out and needed to recoup. It is worth a try. Even if you just take two days off in a row and try to get to bed a little earlier than normal or if…
  • The main question to be asked is which activity level did you choose? If you didn't choose moderate then you need to because it sounds to me like you are at the very least moderatly active with house cleaning and working out 3 days a week.
  • If you are working out for 8-12 hours a week at moderate I would consider you to be very active. Just for a reference point I am 5'2 128lbs. I work out 3-5 times a week for about 45-60 minutes and I eat at moderate which of course puts me eating 2000 calories a day. The great thing about eat this way is that you eat this…
  • They are evil even for the push phase it gets me. I can do 25lb DB for all lower body moves except those I can barely eek out all 8 reps and the Extreme reps using 12lbs. Totally lame!!!

  • Then I would take your TDEE and just subtract maybe 5%- 7% like I said I am 5'2, 128lbs and eat between 1900 and 2000 calories a day and have been doing this for 7 weeks and haven't gained just built muscle and lost a lot of inches (which mean fat is disappearing).
  • I think that the question that needs to be asked is are you trying to lose weight? If not then I would eat more than your 15% cut number. I weight 128lbs and 5'2 and eat my TDEE -5% just because I am not trying to lose pounds just gain muscle and lose fat. With that being said I would eat Closer to 2000 everyday which is…
  • Mike you are awesome!!! Guys like you and my sweet husband give me hope that my girls will one day find a great man. :drinker:
  • ^^^^^ This^^^^^
  • Week 3 Push Circuit 3 and extreme abs for about a 300 calorie burn. So excited to be nearing the end of this phase so that I can measure the results. I know they are going to be good.

  • Which activity mulitplier did you use? Unless you don't do any exercise you should be at least at lightly active.
  • I went out and bought 3, 5, 8, 10 and 2lbs wrist weights these were kind of expensive. Then my husband decided to start P90x and he needs much heavier weights so I went to Hibbet sports not sure if they have them where you are. Bought an 80lb adjustable weight set with the bars and plates for $65 so you could then go buy…
  • First I want to say hello next I want to say yes eat around 1800 calories I actually eat 1900 and am smaller than you with what seems like a little less activity. I only say this to give you an idea. If you want to "keep track" of your exercise them log them into MFP but then ignore your Daily Goal number because what MFP…
  • What do you cook them in?
  • Hey guys you are always welcome to add me.
  • If I may be so nosy. Since you are on your second round of CLX what type of weights are you lifting this round?

  • Did Week 3 Push circuit 2 today and ab burner. I have been thinking about getting a step so that when I do the press and chest fly I can get a little more range of motion. What do you guys think?

  • So I am a whole lot weaker than 12by311 but here is what I am doing and I only use Dumbells cause I don't have a gym membership Also the fact that I am doing a program and insists that you lift very slow and deliberate using no momentum could also be why I am at a lower weight (though this could just be my mind trying to…
  • First off I must as who told you this? If you are not failing using 10lbs then yes get heavier weights I am in the push phase and I am using 25lb DB with lower body workouts and 10 and 15lb DB depending on the move with upper body.
  • I would go moderate. You are burning an average of 440 calories an exercise. And you work out 5 days.
  • I eat between 1900 and 2000 and I am pretty sure actually that most of ours are around that number.
