The TOM had completely disappeared once I started here in early December. I have also had quite slow weight loss so thought they were connected. Alas not! Tom has arrived with a vengeance this week, but no weight loss. Looking at a plateau of 3 weeks!!!!!!!!

I suffer from something similar. My FBG was in the 142 to 165 range a month ago. I am on 2g of metamorphin morning and night. Although I have lowered my carb intake to about a 100g, the real change has come about because I have added 20 to 40 mins of exercise before I sleep. Get exercise in every night before bed. A NSV has been lower blood sugars in the morning because of it but my sleep has gone for a six!

I weigh around 187.5 right now and have never run! I run out of breath after 10-15 seconds. Knees also are not in great shape?! I was thinking Zumba could do a high calorie burn?

2013 resolutions. 1. Aim to lose 1lb a week 2. Get my blood sugars under control, I.e achieve a fasting BG of under 120 and abpn A1C of 6 3. log in every day, good or bad. 4. Drink more water 5. Exercise 4 to 5 times a week. Look forward to having your support!
