sounds more like an excuse to eat junk food....now i dont want to come accross as been harsh in that statement so hear me out.............if you eat junk your metabolic rate is low and you feel sluggish and DOWN...which in your situation is not nice for you and can also lead to bad places........but if you still eat right…

totally agree with most of the posts here..water is a good way to block those hunger pains, someone also mentioned green tea..carrot sticks are another one i nibble at now and then..........good luck with your goal ...all the best stu (stormy)

as long as you plan your meals correctly a slice of cheese wont break the bank..but if you eat cheese like a mouse on crack then all you are doing is pumping your boby full of fat............ theres many low fat options but even those can be harsh on the calorie scale......................... all the best...stormy

cheat days are not the devils work.. they are very good to keep your body in check..even bodybuilders have cheat days...it all comes down to balence....you cant eat that pizza then sit on your *kitten* all day..... we are only human after all, so dont panic about having a candy bar, just plan it into your daily…

i cycle to work everyday... i keep my work clothes at work and use a 24hr underarm spray..along with that just get some baby wipes for a quick freshen up...the fitter you get the less you will sweat as your body gets used to your journey..however...this is also a good sign to up your exercise untill you do sweat ..good…

losing weight far to fast can do this, but as you say if exercise is balenced out then there should not be a problem

i eat kellogs fruit and fibre...was never a breakfast person, but i have to admit it is nice... weetabix is nice with warm milk...maybe start the day with a piece of fruit and a multi vit drink........ so so many different ways to start the day ...... all the best stormy

do you do any cardio?..do you eat late then go to bed on a full stomach...do you eat one large meal then skip the rest?:flowerforyou:
