How do you get sagging skin?

I am currently 121 kg and have come from 131 kg. I am aiming for around 80 kg long tem but I am terrified of getting a saggy belly at the end of my goal.

Is it just a matter of weight exercises?

In the past I have hit the weights and had good results but his time I really wanna shift the weight first or should I say reduce my body fat.

    I asked my doctor about this problem recently. She said that it depends on your genetics as to whether you get it, or how much you get. The only way you can mitigate against it is to lose weight steadily and to build muscle. She also said that there are no magic foods or creams that can stop this. Made sense to me.
  • losing weight far to fast can do this, but as you say if exercise is balenced out then there should not be a problem
  • There isn't much you can do to avoid it, but keeping the skin young and supple will help.
    A healthy diet with lots of water and some skin firming creams will help a little.
