  • I was drinking way too much soda and then I found I really like the Bubly and Lacroix waters. I don't care for the taste of artificial sweeteners in diet soda but the flavored sparkling waters do the trick. I don't miss the sugar just the bubbles and I can have as many as I want and not feel bad.

  • Ok, thank you. I think I may be a bit intolerant of gluten due to the the crappy feeling I get after eating any bread after being without for almost 2 weeks. I know I'm feeling better since I started so I'm keeping it up. I got some Ghee and I'm going to try more avocados.
