Food on the go
What are everyone's favorite things to eat when you have very little time for a meal. Mine are hummus and pretzels with a banana for lunch and for breakfast I love the Organic Valley protein shakes with 26g protein and a piece if fruit.

any ideas for QUICK healthy dinners my kids would love too.
I am starting a new job soon in a bakery and wil be home after 5 every day. Does anyone have ideas for low cal tasty QUICK meals I could eat and my kids wouldn't turn there noses up at. How can I avoid excess skin after weight loss
I am trying to lose 90 lbs. I have a very flabby stomache since I had my last child.
