I was wondering the same thing. I also have asthma and I have to do 45 minutes on the treadmill walking. I can jog for like 1 minute and thats it. I do take headphones to the gym with me but they only have news on tv, no music.

I find that when I'm trying to watch what I eat, if I get a craving for something like fast food I'll get a nutrition fact sheet first then after I see how many calories are in the large sized bacon double cheese meal I kinda loose my appetite. on my normal days i eat about 1230 cals before any exercise, when i set my goals i set them for being only somewhat active because i work at the most 3 days in a week but mostly only 1 day a week. and i work only 4 hours max per day. the last two days i had to do the fast food thing. i went to mc'donalds and got a premium grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato no mayo on a honey wheat bun. 380 cals but a big sandwich and lots of flavor even without the sauce.
