I usually have food. It varies: (I pick mostly from these) Clif Bar Omelet w/ cheese and salsa Pancakes (healthy ones with fruit :D) Muffins (healthy ones with fruit) Chobani yogurt and oatmeal

I shampoo around 2 times a week and use conditioner daily. I am using Tresemme for curly hair. I comb my hair only when I have conditioner in it. I make a huge batch of soup usually and then freeze portion sizes with calories written on bag. When I dont feel like making anything, I just thaw it and heat it in the micro :D

I had mine out in 03. I have noticed no change. I got down to 135 after 2 pregnancies. I gained weight when I quit smoking and replaced it with food.

I eat before I workout. at least 1/2 hour before. I have not eaten before working out and it was bad news.

I weigh myself a lot each day. I only count weight in mornings and after a couple of days of same weight.

Everyday is different. I usually fit it in the afternoon. I homeschool and the afternoon is when my older son has his mostly independent work. My youngest son usually plays a game or with his toys. They ride their scooters when we go on walks. :D

They dont put weight on your license in TN! :D

I prefer walking as I enjoy it alot more. Running is okay but not something I enjoy. I would rather walk for an hour than run for 20 minutes.

according to MFP: BMR 1492 It has me set at 1510 I eat around that or more on an exercise day. I am at a plateau. So i am thinking of refiguring my numbers somehow.

i log every day. I dont have cheat days because if I want a treat I just make room for it. :D

I use Splenda. I like it and it makes my tea and coffee sweet :D

49lbs in 12 months......I lost 28 in 8.5 months (just with exercise) and 21lbs in the last 3.5 months.

CLIF chocolate chip bar and 4 pancakes with syrup....(349 total cal for breakfast) :D

I mix some splenda and cinnamon and then pour in the bag and shake it up. I love cinnamon :D almost as much as I love popcorn.

I started 30DS at 208lbs. It was hard but doable. Like the previous poster said, anyone can do it. Good Luck.

popcorn is my only must have. I love it that much. Always make sure I have room for a minimum of 1 bag a day. :D
