I started on MFP nearly 5 years ago. I got down to 132 last year. Everyone said I was too thin. So i started exercising less. PLateau help.
I have hit the plateau. I have been at 163 for the last 3-4 weeks. It's driving me crazy. So I need some advice. I do workout videos at home (jillian 30DS and Ripped In 30, Billy Blanks ultimate bootcamp and Taebo Power. I just added Zumba to the mix (twice a week). I also walk 2-3 times a week for about an hour each time.…

Rearranging furniture
I am rearranging 3 rooms in my house. I have my activity level set at lightly active. Do I need to count this as additional exercise or would it be included already in my activity level. Not sure if that makes sense, but hopefully it does to someone/ Thanks..

I upped my calorie intake because I felt like I was starving every day. I still do even though I feel like I am eating quite a bit. I exercise 6 days a week. Breakfast
So I had breakfast this morning aroun 7:30ish. I had 2 eggs and 2 slices of toast and I took a multivitamin. I am usually okay and my body handles it til lunch. Today I am feeling lightheaded 1.5 hours later. Is this normal? Should I start schedulaing a snack in between breakfast and lunch?

What does it count as on MFP? Also does anyone else do a different week each day (Week 1 on one day and then week 3 the next and so on)? Should I stick to Week 1 for a week or is mixing it up more beneficial? Thanks.
