I have 2 boys, 11 and 8. Single parent, work part-time, homeschool, and a part of a homeschool co-op group that meets every week. I go to the Y nearly every day. I am trying to motivate my RL friends! (Y has been closed for snow for two days, hoping to make it before they close today! )

No. My family does not get the flu shot. Last time I did get the flu shot was nearly 9 years ago. Which is the only year that I actually got the flu.

I wouldn't get it. I have had the flu shot once. I ended up with the flu really bad a month or so later. I haven't had the flu shot since that time and haven't gotten the flu. I would find a way out if possible.

All throughout the day. Sometimes I plan things into my day, and fill in the rest as I go.

Degree works great for me. I also like Irish Spring and it works okay (I mainly bought it because I love the scent, though)

green, burgundy, red, blue, yellow, purple, pink, bleached, orange, everything from blonde to black (natural hair shades). I haven't dyed my hair in nearly 2 years. Finalyl got my natural blonde highlights back with my natural curls! :D

I turned 30 last year and was dreading it as I had a lot of things I hadnt accomplished by that time. The day after I turned 30 was just a relief that I was okay with where I was at.

It works. I eat nearly all my exercise calories back and have been losing steadily. It may not have worked for you...that doesnt mean it can't work for others.

I plan to be at my goal weight by the beginning of fall. Then work on toning. Would love to be a size 8 again.

I have used MFp for all my exercises. I eat back most of my calories. I have been on MFP for 145days a of today and have lost 25lbs during that time. I am still losing. Works for me!

Like the previous poster said, its the time it takes you to go those 2 miles that matters. I would shoot for cutting time off your 2 miles walk. I walk with my kids (they ride their scooters) and aim for faster times.

I am set to lose 1/2 lb a week (only 10 more lbs to go) and it has me at 1690. Just started yesterday though with higher cals. Kind of scary! :D I was set to 1440. I am 5'6 (lost an inch somewhere :D)

Depends on the day. Most of the time I eat nearly all my exercise calories back. I have lost 25lbs on MFP alone by doing this.

I can't tell a difference between coke zero and diet coke. I LOVE Diet Dr. Pepper though...(usually get walmarts diet dr. thunder). I dont drink it every day and I treat myself to it. Diet Soda didnt contribute to my weight gain. Eating tons of food did.

My workout at home options: billy Blanks videos, Jillian Michaels videos, running and walking. My only outside the home area is Zumba.

I love Subway! It's my go to place when I am not home.
