Foods and Calorie goal???!!

Can i eat whatever i want as long as it fits in my calorie goal??????

    Technically. yes. You can eat whatever you want and still lose weight if you stay in your calorie goal.

    You'll maintain more muscle mass, have more energy and feel a lot better if you choose to use the majority of your calories on better food choices though.
