I usually add Great value brand of MIO. The sweet tea is my favorite. If I dont have it with me, I just drink it plain :D

Didn't log any exercise today but walking for nearly 2-3 hours without logging it. I went 50 over. No sweat though. I know I burned some extra to take care of it! :D Edit to add: I bought a footlong sub from subway today and took it with us to our 4th activities. Plus packed a CLIF bar. That helped!

I liked Ripped in 30 because it gave variety. Different exercises for each week. There are only 2 things that I didnt like: Flys (sp? Flies) because they made my arm pop every time I brought the weights up. and Jillian. It is a good workout and was more challenging than 30Day Shred.

The yolk is my favorite part of the egg. I did only egg whites for a while and then gave up. I love the yolk to much to give it up.

I still have some junk food. Mostly ice cream and chips every once in a while. Only if it its in my calorie goal. Telling myself I cant have something anymore just makes me want it more.

Depends. I used to at night but havent in months. Now its either morning or afternoon. When I can fit it in (running/DVDworkouts)or when Zumba is scheduled.

I usually get a 6" turkey on 9-grain wheat., pepperjack cheese, brown mustard, lite mayo, all veggies except banana peppers and pickles. 390 Cals which is the same as a McDouble from MCDonalds. I love Subway!

I have 30 Day shred and Ripped in 30. I like them. I like Ripped in 30 because it is something different for each level. That said I change up levels. I eat before working out, usually. I can run without having eaten first though. I tried to do a workout video without eating and ended up getting sick to my stomach. not fun.

I have been starting here and there after breakfast, logging my lunch and dinner. Then I can figure out my snacks for the day. If I exercise then I just have bigger meals or more snacks.

I have been using MFP calorie counts for nearly everything. Works fine for me. Down 20lbs from when I joined MFP. (28 lost before)

I usually make a decaf/caf mix. Too much caffeine makes me sleepy..
