I have hit the plateau. I have been at 163 for the last 3-4 weeks. It's driving me crazy. So I need some advice.

I do workout videos at home (jillian 30DS and Ripped In 30, Billy Blanks ultimate bootcamp and Taebo Power. I just added Zumba to the mix (twice a week). I also walk 2-3 times a week for about an hour each time. Since summer is here, I also go swimming. My activity level is set at lightly active and MFP gives me 1510cal goal for each day.
Am I not eating enough? Do I need to raise my goal?

If I raise my activity level to active, do I log my exercise?

Does anybody ever read pinned topics on this forum? There is so much information about plateaus.

Yes, you are not eating enough. With your activity level (exercise) you're probably under your BMR.

Check out links about BMR, TDEE and your goal calorie intake. That should help you.

I eat 1800 calories plus my exercise calories, I log everything. Do yo have a heart rate monitor? I highly recommend that you buy one. You might be burning 500-700 calories during your exercise and just putting your body into a starvation mode.

Do not rely on MFP with the calorie goal. Look at the formulas for BMR, TDEE, etc.
