I started May 29, 2011 at approx. 208 lbs. I started the 30day shred and didn't watch what I ate. Til January 2012 I lost a total of 28lbs. Then I started watching my calorie intake. I joined MFP weighing 177. I now weigh 170 and would like to lose a minimum of 35lbs.

I am more of a boredom eater. So I have now commenced to keeping myself busy. Hiking, reorganizing the apt., sewing, and cleaning some more..... It helps a lot :D

I usually have 2 slices of homemade whole wheat honey oat bread and an egg white omelet. I treat myself to 1 TBS butter for my bread (1/2TBS each piece). Breakfast is never a problem as I usually wake up hungry. Its just finding that variety that doesn't include oatmeal (yuck!).

I am 5'7 and currently weigh 175 (started at 208 back in May11) and my goal weight is 135. I am at my high school weight now. Would like to get to my college weight :D

I mix mine up. I have 30Ds and RI30. I mix those up and sometimes do one of each in a day. I also throw billy blanks in there :D I love Billy, can't stand listening to Jillian talk. But the workouts are good.

I drink diet dr. thunder. some days I have none qand others I might have 2 cups. I drink tea mostly. I did knock it out completely for a few days and just wanted soda even more. :D

I homeschool. That said, my oldest even though math is easy for him will spend 1-2 hours doing his math. So I told him if he does it under 30minutes, he gets a donut. My boys don't get donuts normally. Some days he gets a donut, other days he doesn't. It is a powerful motivator. :D

bottled water. I can't stand water and tap water is horrible tasting to me (yes it has taste to me).

i use the Great Value version of Splenda. I like it better than reg sugar.

I did the 30 day shred for nearly 5 months straight with only 2 days off (in the 5 month period...I didn't like skipping days unless I absolutely had to). I liked it a lot and it got me started losing weight. I lost approx. 30lbs during that time. I wasn't dieting at the time or I would have had better success.
