  • I was just about ask if anyone has tried this and did it work ? I would like to see if the two weeks of not eating sugar and carbs will help with cravings? That is my down fall sugar and carb cravings two weeks out of the month that cause me problems with getting my weight to come off. I am fine the other two weeks.

  • Every time I see and hear her sing it just makes me cry with happiness. She is fearless! We can learn so much from her strength!
  • Good to know! I have been frustrated with thie Scales moving up and down from 2 pounds to 4 pounds the one time I weigh during the week. I had my monthly last week and I gained all my weight back on the scales. They I realized it was water weight and it will be back to normal soon. Will find out for sure next Wednesday.
  • I just enjoyed the day. Too many calories to count- especially since my husband gave me an easter basket with my favorite chocolate candies. I counted this day as my cheat day. Hope everyone had a happy easter!!! :flowerforyou:
